Travel insurance
While we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when planning your trip to Cambodia, we regret that we are unable to provide specific details regarding international insurance coverage. It's always advisable to consult with an insurance provider to ensure comprehensive coverage for your travel needs. Your peace of mind during your journey is our priority.
Private travel
Launch a multi-destination Aman journey in the region where it all began. With 18 resorts across 11 countries, it’s never been easier to linger for longer in Asia.
Combine a stay at Amantaka in Luang Prabang, Laos for an incredible Indochina Past & Present Journey, or embark on an exclusive Southeast Asia Jet Expedition, traveling from the dramatic coastline of Nui Chua National Park to the Andaman-lapped island of Phuket.
Travel considerations
Travel considerations: A doctor is available at Amansara 24 hours a day. In some areas of Southeast Asia, precautions should be taken against mosquito-borne diseases. Guests are advised to use mosquito repellents in the early morning and late in the day to minimize any possible risk. Travelers may also wish to consult their doctors.
The electricity supply is 220 volts, and Cambodia is in the GMT+7 time zone. We recommend wearing loose, light clothing, and during the dry season, a light sweater may be needed in the evenings. It's advisable to bring comfortable walking shoes, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunscreen. Siem Reap offers several markets selling silverwork, metal and wood carvings, silk cloth, artwork, and other souvenirs. Guests can be accompanied on their shopping trip by an Amansara driver, and bargaining is customary.
