Nura at Amanpuri

Suffused with the spirit of the sea, Aman’s new era beach club restaurant, Nura, embraces the essence of the Mediterranean and its eclectic food culture. Sheltered on the unspoiled sands of Pansea Beach, this all-day culinary destination delivers light, seasonal menus to a soundtrack of laid-back beats and lapping waves.

Amanpuri is currently closed for seasonal maintenance and will reopen on 15 July 2024.

Nura at Amanpuri NURA

Daytime dining

With a dynamic spirit that mirrors the rhythmic thrum of the waves, Nura embraces the raw, natural beauty of its surrounds. Springing to life at noon, languid lunches with family and friends are illuminated by the sun’s gentle rays.

Mediterranean influence

Classic, Mediterranean-style grilling is central to the dining experience at Nura, with freshly caught seafood and quality meats prepared over open charcoal. Featuring an abundance of Spanish- and Greek-inspired plates, from tapas to hearty, seasonal salads, dishes are designed to be shared.

Signatures by the sea

An assortment of delectable dishes abound at Nura - from delicate yellowtail crudo and blistered Padrón peppers, to beef tartare and fried squid. A local signature dessert of hand-grilled Phuket pineapple, prepared and carved tableside, is a must-try. Hand-stirred cocktails and perfectly chilled wine are choice accoutrements to sun-drenched mealtimes.
