Expert bartenders at Amanjena are responsible for crafting the collection of signature cocktails, which includes drinks dedicated to 007 and Ernest Hemingway, as well as the locally inspired Marrakech Mule (gin infused with gingerbread, berries and lemon) and the Desert Fashioned (a Moroccan-themed take on the traditional Old Fashioned, muddled with Argan oil, dates and Bulleit Bourbon).
A day-to-night menu
Experience Morocco’s ritualised mint tea tradition during the Bar’s daily afternoon tea, served from 3.30pm to 5pm, accompanied by a selection of savoury treats, cakes, and pastries. A variety of sharing-style snacks, ideal for enjoying together, are also available.
