On 17 May at 7pm, Amankila kicks off its Cook the Island culinary series of guest-chef-led dinners at its newly launched signature Italian restaurant, Arva. Chef Jacopo of Arva will join forces with Chef Alessandro of Amici – a new Italian restaurant in Seminyak co-owned by Michelin-starred Chef Enrico Bartolini.
